Another "not really a glitch" photo. This is an example of ingenuity at work.

Particulars for this image:

• Another pedestrian head span-wire mounted on pipe.
• Was this a right-of-way issue (i.e. no room to put a pole)?
• Was this a cost saving measure (why spend money on another pole)?
• Very creative in any case!
