Left Turn Signal Problem

Particulars for this image:

Dual turn-lane application.
Top face is a ball.
Signs next to the heads say "Left Turn Signal"
Left head is really twisted at an odd angle (how visible is it) - a drawback of this type of span-wire installation

Note the luminaire on the far left that is in need of maintenance (this area had recently experienced some damaging storms).
